Hello
My name is Dr Coleman. I work in the united kingdom as a family doctor. I have had a special interest in medical education for 20 years and I have specialised in education through technology for the last 10 years. I have trained medical students, doctors and allied health professionals for the last 5 years in general medical practice.
I am currently working on apps and youtube as a means for teaching medical education.
My Story
Originating from a humble background, I was fortunate enough to start my education by studying a BSc in psychology in 2001. Here I learnt about how the mind works and the processes involved in learning and understanding complex information.
From here, I went on to work in medical education in psychiatry in 2004. I learnt about how medical education was organised and delivered, and I recognised that technology could significantly impact medical student learning.
I studied medicine in 2007 and started creating medical, educational materials to help students learn through high-yeild content.
After graduating, I have continued my passion for medical education by educating medical students, allied health professionals and doctors.
